Sitting effortlessly on the corner of Remuera and Wairua Roads, Wairua is oriented to take full advantage of the area’s natural elevation and arresting views, including the outlook over Wairua Reserve.
Design
The building’s design and architecture celebrate its surroundings, with its materials echoing those of the homes around it. Comprising fifteen apartments across four levels, Wairua completely belongs in this setting.
A haven
Vertical gardens flush with native vines climb the building’s eastern and southern walls, making a significant and appropriate contribution to the area’s natural beauty. Opposite Wairua nestles Wairua Reserve, with its mature trees and swathes of lush green grass. For residents, this will be a haven: a place to connect with friends and neighbours, and to entertain younger family members.
