The Building
This elegant, stately building draws inspiration from the larger traditional homes found in Remuera. While respectful of what has gone before, it is also modern in every sense, the perfect example of timeless architecture. Enduring, beautifully crafted materials deliver a sense of permanence. To maximise sun, light and outlook, terraces project strongly towards the view and exterior walls feature extensive floor to ceiling glazing. Full length bay windows add depth to the textured concrete and crisp white walls.
